SecureID: Identity & Asset Verification
I built a multi-step compliance system for MTWI Financial Services that handles document verification, identity checks, and financial profiling in a single process. The whole process completes in minutes with no manual review needed.
The Compliance Challenge
MTWI needed an onboarding process that didn't sacrifice security for ease of use. The primary friction point was document collection: customers abandoned the onboarding process when faced with complex, non-validating forms. I structured the flow into sequential steps where each form field validates independently before proceeding.
The Four-Step Architecture
I split the verification process into four independent modules: identity verification, financial profiling, emergency contacts, and document scanning. Each step runs separately so an issue in one area doesn't block the rest of the process.
