I built a fractional real estate investment platform that lets investors co-own properties entirely online. The design was intentionally clean and professional to communicate trust for high-value transactions.
The Challenge
Most real estate investment platforms had cluttered interfaces and didn't look trustworthy. Investors putting significant money into an asset need an experience that feels solid and professional. I designed and built a clean, polished look and applied it across the full platform including payment processing, portfolio tracking, and compliance workflows.
